| JUNE 17 - 18, 2006 - A Mountaineers backpack. My first backpacking experience since my Army days.
It was an easy hike to Humes Ranch, where we camped in the meadow or
down by the river. We had an excellent campfire at night,
compliments of Ryan the mighty firewood gatherer, and Eli. Between
the two of them, they kept the fire roaring well into the night.
