Iron Goat Trail
Work Party
| APRIL 28, 2007 - A work party on the Iron Goat Trail with the
Volunteers for Outdoor Washington. We
worked on the lower grade of the Iron Goat Trail, starting at the Scenic trailhead,
on this work party. We spent most of the
day raking leaves off the trail, and we were able to spend a little time
exploring tunnels and checking out the early wildflowers. These
included trillium, skunk cabbage, bleeding hearts, and fairy slippers.
