JUNE 5, 2010 A hike with a group of
good friends. It was a beautiful day for a ridge hike, and
this hike on the Iron Bear Trail to Teanaway Ridge was the perfect
choice. The views start early and don't stop--all the way to a
knoll with a great view of the Stuart Mountains. We stopped there
for lunch with the incomparable Mount Stuart front and center.
Wildflowers were blooming, the sun was shinning, and the day was filled
with laughter and the chatter of good friends. This is a keeper
trail that I'll add to my repertoire of favorites.
